All my jewelry is individually crafted from 100% recycled precious metals in my studio just outside Salem, Massachusetts. The precious metal is created using state of the art, environmentally friendly refining procedures, read more about my metal supplier here, Hoover & Strong

Each one of my pieces is packaged gift ready in a hand sealed box using only 100% recycled and sustainable packaging.

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal.com. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you have any issues with Paypal, please feel welcome to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

Shipping

I ship all my items, domestic and internationally, using USPS Priority with insurance and signature confirmation. Items will ship to the address listed in the Etsy Checkout unless noted otherwise.

Items shipped to MA will automatically include 6.25% sales tax in the paypal checkout.

Items shipped outside the US may be subject to customs fees based on your country's import policies, I'm required to declare the value of the item on the outside of the package when shipping internationally.

Refunds and Exchanges

All rings may be returned for one free sizing within the first year, I will cover the return shipping as well.

Please contact me if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis. Any returned item must be returned in its original packaging or similar and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
